At BLVD you'll get good ole Southern inspired home cooking and friendly service in a space that is very casual and just easy to be at. During these summer months you can brunch outside in the small patio under bright orange umbrellas. And perhaps most important, on Sundays the restaurant is open until 6pm for brunch, so feel free to stay up all night Saturday, sleep in late, and go to BLVD to cure your hangover.
What to Eat
It's really hard to choose amongst the menu items at BLVD, but definitely start with the Basket of Homemade Breads. The Biscuits will blow your mind, as will the homemade Maple Butter. For your mains, order the Peach and Macadamia Nut Pancakes, or for something different, the pan-fried cornmeal crusted Catfish and Grits. These Cheddar Cheese Grits are are some of the best in the City.
What to Drink
When pursuing the menu, you'll be drawn to the BLVD Spiked Sweet Tea. It's served by the carafe ($36) and a good value if you're with a group. The BLVD Bloody Mary is topped with Corona beer and the Sangria is made with both red wine and prosecco.
Brunch reservations are accepted.
