Buvette is like a little nugget of France tucked into the West Village. It's quaint and charming, and it has a small garden (or petit jardin) added in the back. Buvette is hands down one of the best brunch spots in the West Village.
What to Eat
Espresso machine-steamed eggs. Yep, that's what we said. Buvette steams their eggs with an espresso machine and tops them with Parmesan cheese shavings and freshly sliced prosciutto. And the croque madame is, well, as the kids say-- OMG. To. Die. For.
What to Drink
Buvette serves awesome fresh squeezed orange juice that tastes like a Florida orange grove. You can't miss the large, metal vintage juice press and baskets of oranges sitting on the bar. The visual alone is a reflection of the detail that Buvette puts into each aspect of the restaurant.
First come, first serve. Brunch reservations not accepted.
